Join Holistic Life Coach and wellbeing specialist, Bianca Havukainen, for a beautiful and empowering half-day workshop to transform the way you deal with stress.
You will walk away with the knowledge and tools to make changes in your life and create positive ripple effects in the world around you.
You will also have ongoing access to Bianca for coaching and mentoring support as you integrate the learnings into your life.
This workshop will be a beautiful day combining knowledge and practical tools that work, explored within a supportive container of connection and discussion.
About the workshop:
  • This workshop will be held in the circle way for a soulful day of learning and sharing.
  • The wisdom and approaches shared will draw from embodiment coaching, neuroscience, mind-body wellness, shamanic womancraft and cycle wisdom, as well as traditional positive psychology and life coaching approaches - blended together into a potent and juicy 4-hour morning during which you will transform the way you deal with stress!
Most importantly - make changes in your life & create positive ripple effects in the world around you.
Places are limited to 10 people for a personalised experience, so there will be plenty of time for your questions to be answered, as well as an optional 1:1 coaching follow-up program available.

What you'll get
What the session will include:
  • Tea on arrival
  • Guided effortless meditation experience
  • Sacred sharing circle - a practise of deep inner listening and being heard and held
  • Knowledge on the science and biology of stress, what is going on in the brain, mind, and body under stress
  • Learn how to interrupt the reactive habit loop
  • Learn and practise centring and tools to gain control over reactions in the heat of the moment - you will be able to use these tools to shift back into your self-power, and your love and compassion - in other words, to be able to align with your higher self when you would otherwise be triggered and reactive
  • Explore how to reduce overall stress long term
What to bring
What to bring:
  • Pen and journal for taking notes
  • Keep cup for tea and water bottle
  • Comforts: Anything that you might need to be warm and comfy during the meditation, e.g. a shawl or small blanket, socks
  • There will be light snacks and herbal tea provided. If you would like something more substantial, you are very welcome to BYO food/lunch (we won't be breaking for lunch, but will be snacking throughout)
  • Optional - you are welcome to bring along craft materials if you like to use your hands while sitting and listening (e.g. colouring-in, weaving, knitting).
  • Optional – I invite you to bring something small that symbolises what this workshop is about for you, that you can place in the centre of the circle to soak up the nourishing energy of the day and take home as a reminder (e.g. a shell, poem, feather, crystal, card, sculpture).
A note on seating:
The workshop will be held in the circle way, which if you haven't yet experienced, I promise you'll soon feel right at home in. Circle space is a special way to facilitate deeper connection and sharing – a beautiful antidote to stressful times!
We will be sitting on cushions on the floor in a circle. Mats and cushions will be provided, please bring anything else you like for comfort while sitting in a circle (e.g. small blanket and snuggly socks to stay cosy).
Chairs will be available if you aren't comfortable with sitting on the floor.
