The Old Auction House Teaching Space is located within our creative hub in the heart of Kyneton, Macedon Ranges. Just 900m to the train station and with ample all day car parking in the car park off Simpson Street 50m away.
The teaching space is available for artists who need a space to hold classes and can be booked for time periods 1hr and longer or allow us to do all your bookings, set up, pack up and organise supplies and just show up and teach.
The space is suitable for art and craft classes including 'messy' activities, outdoor space and our large opening door can be opened for classes which require ventilation.

The Old Auction House is an independently run multi-use arts precinct located in the regional Victorian town of Kyneton, just an hour north of Melbourne. Housed in a historic weatherboard building, which served as the much loved Ferris auction rooms for over 80 years, the precinct opened in April 2017 and is home to a variety of artistic spaces.
The Old Auction House is currently home to a retail shop specialising in quality Australian handmade items, four working artist studios including local glass artists Leadlight By Ettore, a teaching space for visiting artists, and two gallery spaces with rotating exhibitions.
The Old Auction House is open 7 days and the entire space has been renovated to be accessible for those with prams, wheelchairs, and mobility issues.
The Old Auction House has a focus on community engagement in the arts. Each studio runs a variety of classes with different artists and materials throughout the year.
