Team Building Pottery Workshop

A pottery workshop in Lane Cove for team building activities

2 hours Class size 8 to 30 guests     $50
We come to your venue with everything needed for a two-hour hand building session. We bring all the equipment and materials---all we need is tables, chairs, a sink and a parking spot nearby. At the end of this fun team building activity, we'll fire the finished pots at our studio and deliver them after 2 weeks.
Why pottery for team building?
Pottery fosters collaboration, creativity, and communication among team members. It encourages sharing ideas, giving feedback and solving problems collectively, which strengthens teamwork and mutual understanding.
We create a relaxed environment with beginner-friendly projects making sure everyone has fun and leaves with a positive sense of accomplishment.
This shared creative experience breaks down barriers and builds camaraderie, leading to improved trust and cooperation.
What will we do?
  • We encourage free building and creating an atmosphere where participants make their own decisions.
  • We also bring along project ideas (easy-to-follow examples) for those who prefer them.
  • Usual creations are cups, mugs, coasters, plates, platters and/or sculptures.
Knowledge required
Beginner-friendly.

What you'll get
  • We will provide everything needed to make ceramic objects.
  • Participants will receive their finished, fired, completely functional ceramic creation two weeks after the workshop.

A word from the founder:
I learnt Ceramics in different studios in South America. I work as a pottery tutor in North Sydney Community Centre since 2022, and at my home studio in Lane Cove.
I enjoy holding a kind and relaxed space for people to explore their creativity.
I believe that by learning pottery there is also an opportunity to learn about oneself, our creative processes and to develop skills that will help us in every aspect of life.
Can’t wait to share the muddy journey with you!
