We have a boutique space in the centre of Surry Hills. Spanning across three floors, this multi-purpose space can be used for a range of different activities. The ground floor is ideal for shows and classes - especially non-conventional classes such as dancing, cooking or painting. It has a well-equipped kitchen, that can be hidden via a curtain during shows and classes. The ground floor has removable staging, a microphone, tables and timber flooring. It also has a comfortable enclosed outdoor courtyard.
The middle floor is more suitable for sit down classes, or for overflow if the ground floor is packed. For example, we run our improv classes across both the ground and middle floor when we have a large number of people attending. There is a balcony and bathroom on this floor.
The top floor is has timber flooring and a larger balcony. It can be used for workshops, classes and more.
All three floors are roughly the same size. We run shows with an audience of 40 people on the bottom floor, classes where people are seated of up to 20 people, and classes where people are standing of up to 30 people.
The neighbours are all commercial buildings. There is a lot of street parking available in the area (mostly metered).
