News update! Pineapple Jam Events & masterclasses have recently merged with a global bar company Sweet&Chilli to combine our style of events and services to Sweet&Chilli global and national resources.Pineapple Jam Director Clinton Weir has built a unique business and by taking the next step in his career as well as bringing his style of events to the board we are proud to be part of the Sweet&Chilli empire moving forward.We don't take the word 'Premium' Very lightly, our masterclasses are as creative as they can be, setups use only premium bar tools, full custom menu with our own production kitchen so we can cater for any culture, dietary or theatrical requirements, we only use world class and well awarded staff to host our sessions and our menu is also the only 100% natural cocktail or mocktail menu in Australia. We have access to a large range of different venues and bars across Victoria and nationally to host a class for you or we can bring our amazing setups anywhere, anytime!See you at the bar!
