Join us for a captivating evening of photography in one of the most beautiful harbours in the world - Sydney. In this photography class, suitable for all levels, you will have the opportunity to learn new skills and enhance your photography while capturing breathtaking sunset views. Led by a local professional photographer and accredited trainer, this workshop will provide you with invaluable knowledge to improve your photography techniques.
During the class, we will explore some of Sydney's best-kept secrets and hidden colonial structures, away from the main streets. You will learn critical composition techniques that add depth and drama to your photos, as well as the art of capturing sunset and long exposure night photography.
We will begin our journey in the historic area of The Rocks, where we will quickly start taking photos and appreciating the area's rich history. From there, we will venture to a parkland high above the harbour, offering panoramic views that will take your breath away.
But our exploration doesn't stop there. In our comfortable executive van, we will take a short cross-city trip to Mrs Macquarie's Chair, where we will walk along the edge of the Botanical Gardens and witness the sunset from one of the best locations in Sydney. As the sun begins to set, you will have the opportunity to capture stunning images under the guidance of your knowledgeable guide.
As the evening progresses, we will continue our journey to secret harbour foreshore spots, driving across the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge. From this vantage point, you will be able to admire the magnificent city skyline against the night sky.
Throughout the workshop, your guide will provide individual attention and guidance, ensuring plenty of one-on-one time to answer your questions and help you capture the best memories. Whether you're using a smartphone or a camera, everyone is welcome in this class.
By the end of the workshop, not only will you have learned about advanced composition techniques, ISO, Histogram, and Noise, but you will also have the opportunity to take home handouts and notes, as well as some spectacular images that you can cherish forever.
