Enjoy the online class - after booking, you'll get a link to join the interactive class.
This exclusive online course is designed for people who really want to learn to sculpt. This course provides thorough one-on-one guidance, completely tailored to your interests and pace.
Small groups, of up to three people are allowed so that it allows everyone to work on their personal projects and has enough one - on- one time with a teacher.
The skill of figurative sculpting is very applicable in the modern world. From character developing to model-making to film and stage production and even interior design. Once you conquer it, you will be capable of sculpting pretty much any shape you want.
Getting there takes a lot of practice and this live online course can help you on that journey by systematically developing a sculpture from basic geometric shapes. Your experienced teacher Irina, a professional sculptor herself, will instruct you to the last detail.
In this five-class course, we will cover three dominant topics in figurative sculpting, which are: bust, the human figure and an animal of your choice.
We will sculpt in clay and learn how to build armatures for each shape based on their anatomy. You will receive everything you need to build your sculptures from scratch, including pictures, anatomy guidelines and literature references.
You will learn what to do with sculptures once you finish them, how to preserve them, cast them into another material or make them functional.
The dynamics of each class look like this: your teacher is sculpting from scratch the predetermined topic, referring to a model you agreed on and demonstrates everything one by one in order to guide you in your progress. Constant feedback is provided so that you can keep up with the established goals.
It is advisable to get in touch with your teacher before the class or before your craft box is shipped, advising of your skill level and preference of making (as well as age if you are booking for a minor, please) so that the class can be tailored to you.
Please note: If you do not advice on your preferences, your teacher will make a choice for you.
The craft box contains everything you need to create three small sculptures during this course. Your teacher will advise you after your first class where can you purchase more clay if you realise that you prefer larger scale sculptures.

Hi, I'm Irina.
I like to introduce myself as a sculptor, although I'm engaged in different art disciplines too. I have never had another profession, nor have I wanted one. I fell in love with three-dimensional art at a very early age which came to me naturally, as I was born in a family of artists. It was the world I've grown up in, a measure of value around me.
I have graduated from Fine Arts, majoring in Sculpture, and with a bit of luck, I had a chance to work internationally and gain great experience in different industries and media. Cooperating with professionals from other creative fields has perfectioned my skills and broadened the views of my artistic expression.
I have tried to gather all the projects I am engaged in on this website, showcase it, sell and teach my art. Always open for the new projects with fellow creatives, just get in touch.
