Looking to level up your skills in the kitchen? Join Brunswick Kitchen for this Spanish cooking class and learn some delicious and easy recipes you can recreate at home.
In this class, expert cook Tracey will share her passion for the flavours of Spain. Most Spanish regions will have their own variation of a fish stew and in this class, you'll get the chance to prepare the Catalan version, Zarzuela de Marisco, which features almonds, garlic and herbs.
On the menu:
  • Zarzuela de Marisco (Catalan fish stew containing almonds, garlic and herbs)
  • Mojo Picon with garlic chilli sauce
  • Lamb Empanadillas
  • Leche Fritta (a fried dessert from Northern Spain).
Get hands-on with fresh produce and make these mouth-watering meals in a fun and relaxed environment. Not only will you learn new skills but you'll also get the chance to meet like-minded people in this Spanish cooking class.

Chef Tracey is a classically trained chef who after many years of working at senior level in the vibrant Melbourne restaurant scene moved to Hanoi to immerse herself in Vietnamese and Asian cuisine. She helped establish KOTO, a grass-roots charity that helps street kids to free themselves from the cycle of poverty through hospitality training.
In April 2008 she opened the Hanoi Cooking Centre, voted one of the best cooking schools in the world by Leisure & Travel magazine.
Now back in her old stamping ground of Brunswick, Tracey looks forward to sharing her love of good food through her cooking classes for keen home cooks, professionals, corporates, kids and teens.
