Get ready to grab your sketchbooks and hit the streets with our brand-new class, Urban Sketching Class, Sketch the Hood. Designed for beginners and seasoned sketchers alike, this workshop is the perfect opportunity to explore the vibrant scenes of Collingwood and capture its essence through your artistic lens.

Workshop Overview: Join us for a three-hour journey into the world of plein air sketching, led by the talented Lucy, a seasoned artist and passionate instructor. The adventure begins at our Collingwood warehouse, where Lucy will share essential sketching techniques and insights to help you bring the urban landscape to life on paper.

Hit the Streets: After gearing up with new skills, we’ll venture out into the bustling streets of Collingwood. You’ll have the chance to observe, explore, and sketch the dynamic urban environment, from quirky street art to historic architecture, making every stroke count.

Wrap-Up and Share: The session will wrap up back at Work-Shop, where everyone can share their sketches and experiences. It’s a great way to see different perspectives and learn from each other’s approaches and styles.

This workshop isn’t just about learning to sketch; it’s about seeing the world around you with fresh eyes and documenting those moments creatively. Whether you’re looking to improve your sketching skills or simply want a unique way to enjoy the outdoors, “Sketch the Hood” offers a canvas to express your creativity and connect with fellow art lovers.
