What you'll do
Sketch on Stage in Sydney brings you an interactive art class that merges theatre and drawing. You'll engage with a narrative, sketching key moments during pauses in the story. The experience is enhanced by sound, lighting, and props, while a facilitator guides you through this immersive journey.The story will be Episode 1 Ashen Chronicles: Sketches from the Apocalypse:Two weary travellers navigate a post-apocalyptic wasteland, reunited amidst desolation and danger. As they encounter remnants of a lost civilisation and relentless obstacles, their journey highlights the enduring power of love and hope. From tense negotiations with marauders to discovering a hidden oasis, their story asks: in a world seemingly beyond redemption, can they find a way to rebuild, or is survival itself the ultimate victory?You don't need any previous drawing experience, simply come, play and have fun with art!By the end of the class, you can take home unique artworks, as well as a new appreciation of theatre!

Sketch On Stage offers interactive art classes that combine various art forms. Our design team creates these classes using visuals, props, video, sound, and narrative. We hold our events at different studios and theaters across Sydney, and our classes can accommodate anywhere from 30 to over 200 students. Enjoy our events with your favorite drink or beverage!
