I'm Sudha, a multitasking mom, IT professional, and passionate cook. Originally from Bangalore, India, I come from a lineage of kitchen magicians. Growing up, I was accustomed to enjoying the most delectable yet straightforward homemade meals prepared fresh every day.
Drawing from the wisdom of yoga and Ayurveda, which regard food as medicine, I became convinced that food should not only tantalize the taste buds but also nurture and nourish the entire being.
