Get ready to unleash your skills and create something truly special! Learn the art of bookbinding with our friendly, expert teachers, and discover the joy of making your very own books from scratch.
You’ll be introduced to the fascinating world of bookbinding through step-by-step instructions. Make lots of different types of books, using special tools. By the end of the day you will have lots of sketchbooks, journals, and notebooks to take home!
All tools and materials are provided, and you’ll get to choose your favourite materials, including colourful papers and sturdy card stock, to personalise your book covers.
Knowledge required
Taught by professional Bookbinders and Early Years Teachers with formal teaching qualification and WWCC.
Fully compliance workshop for working with Children.
This is a technical workshop, anyone with enthusiasm for making books and sewing is welcome to join in. No experience is necessary, but the workshop requires the use of sharp instruments and being able to follow verbal instructions is expected.
Drop off is available from 9am, pick up strictly by 5pm.
