Discover the wonderful world of ceramics in our exciting pottery class for kids! In this hands-on class, children will learn how to make beautiful clay masterpieces from scratch! Our friendly instructors will be on hand to offer support and guidance so even children who have no experience will feel confident and set up for success.
Children will learn the essentials of pinching and shaping clay to make their ceramic piece and will then paint their piece to make it truly unique! This kids pottery class is a wonderful opportunity for kids to get creative! Whether they make a bowl, mug or figurine, they will have the freedom to make what they want with support from their teacher. The joy of seeing their finished creations is sure to bring a smile to their faces!
Using high-quality clay and a vibrant array of underglaze paints, your little artist will embark on a truly immersive experience. They will be encouraged to explore their creativity, experiment with different colours and textures and let their imagination run wild. This hands-on activity will not only enhance their artistic skills but also foster their self-expression and confidence.
At the end of the pottery class, we will let their artwork dry, then we will glaze and fire it. In 4-6 weeks, their unique piece will be ready to be picked up. Your child will proudly walk away with their handmade masterpieces to treasure forever.
