Ceramic Ritual Tray Making Class

Make each of your everyday days a magical day.

2.5 hours Class size 1 to 6 guests

$90 (Afterpay available)

Rituals keep us alive, keep traditions alive and recharge us with good energy in our daily lives. In this 2.5-hour class, we will create a cleansing energy tray ritual for you to use in your daily rituals. We will be inspired to create a ceramic piece that serves as a Palo Santo or incense holder. The class includes a set of incense or Palo Santo in addition to all the materials and firing.
We glaze your piece in our white studio glaze. The pieces will be ready in 4-6 weeks; you will receive an email or text message so you can come pick them up at the studio.
We provide aprons, but we still recommend coming to the class with comfortable clothes and not mind getting a little clay dirty, and also coming without any valuable jewellery to the class.

Who we are
[Quechua dialect] Nuna -> spirit, soul
[Latin] Terra -> Earth
Nuna terra means the soul of the earth. It is said that we come to this world to remember who we are, why we came, and above all, to learn that we come to this world to be happy.
Nuna Terra was born from a dream and a journey to leave a footprint on this world and sow a seed so that the following generations can see the fruits.
We want to share the therapeutic benefits of working with clay, slowing our life to be in the present. Pottery brings many physical-emotional and well-being into your life. Clay is a medium of self-expression and healing, when we are creating, we are directly connecting to ourselves, making tangible representations of our emotions and feelings.
Nuna Terra is not only a conventional studio that teaches pottery classes and sells products online. We are an artistic and healing movement where we want to share, in addition to ancestral techniques and tradition in ceramics, share healing tools through art, therapy, yoga, singing, body movement, etc.
We come to share, teach and heal in community; we believe that in community, we weave the fabric that gives us strength and sustains and holds us to continue walking this life path.
