Want to learn how to make ravioli like the professionals? Join Salt Meats Cheese at Circular Quay for a truly unforgettable cooking class!
In this beginner-friendly session, you will learn the secrets to making, shaping and filling the perfect spinach and ricotta ravioli, just like nonna! Enjoy drinks, a shared antipasto platter and, of course, your own hand-made ravioli throughout the class.
Our delicious ravioli meal will be cooked up and served back to the group family-style, with incredible sauces, lashings of cheese and a glass of wine to knock it all down.
As the pasta-billites are endless, so are the drinks! You can pair your pasta with a bottomless drinks package for two hours that includes Prosecco, house wines and draft beers – just add this addition to your cart when booking, Let's learn how to make and fill ravioli from scratch together!

Originally based at Bourke Road in Alexandria, we have re-located our ‘Salt Meats Cheese Kitchen’ cooking school to our Circular Quay venue. At the same location is our newest addition, the fabulous rooftop Bar Ombre, now open for dining, sipping and events.
Queensland venues include Surfer’s Paradise on the Gold Coast, and in Brisbane, Newstead plus our sister venues La Costa, Cielo Rooftop, Eterna, La Valle and The Parlour, all located in Fortitude Valley!
