During this hands-on workshop, our experienced Bladesmith will guide you step-by-step through the process of grinding a oyster shucker and crafting a serving board. Knowledge required
This is a beginner course. There is no expectation of previous knife making skills or experience with machinery.
 
What you'll get
Their own oyster chucker made by them with an accompanying serving board that they made.
 
What to bring
Cut Throat Knives will provide protective equipment (respiratory mask, safety glasses and ear protection) but please dont wear any loose clothing, ensure that your shoes are appropriate for a factory setting (closed toes) and we generally recommend a long sleeve shirt and denim trousers. If you have long hair you will need to have a way of securing it safely so that it does not get caught in the machines.
