Sip on Pinot while we take you through a brief history and theory of making perfect pasta, before getting your hands dirty with kneading and rolling out your pasta dough. This is a hands-on class where you will learn how to make coloured pasta, how to blend colours together and how to shape your dough into impressive-looking pasta shapes.
And, what’s an Omnom class without cheese? Learn to make creamy stracciatella (Yep - the filling inside Burrata), that’s sure to impress any Italian nonna.
This is a course for beginners, which will leave you confident in your ability to whip up pasta and stracciatella in your own kitchen.

Finish the class with a sit-down meal and enjoy your freshly made pasta with a rosemary and brown butter sauce, drizzled with your hand-crafted stracciatella.

  • Recipes.

What to bring
