Paint and Paella: Annie the Elephant

Enjoy painting in a studio garden for this full-day workshop.

6 hours Class size 10 to 25 guests     $130
Join us on a picturesque Sunday drive to the hills for a truly memorable experience - a paint and sip class like no other! Immerse yourself in the art of painting and unleash your creativity while enjoying delicious paella, great company, and a beautiful garden.
In this workshop, you will learn how to paint step by step, creating a stunning portrait of "Annie, " our beloved elephant who worked in Warburton in the 1930s.
No need to worry if you're a beginner, our talented instructor, Señorita Nikki, will guide you through each step of the process. She will teach you how to sketch the outline, mix colours, and create beautifully textured flowers using heavy-bodied acrylic paint and a palette knife.
Throughout the class, you will be provided with a 50cm x 40cm canvas, all art supplies, and a Señoritas Apron with frills! Plus, as a special token of appreciation, you'll receive a welcome gift that includes 2 greeting cards, a silk rose hair comb for the ladies, and a single rose for the gentlemen.
Start at 10 am for bubbles and coffee/tea, paint through until lunchtime at 1 pm, sip on sangria under the beautiful Golden Elm trees, and feast on a traditional Spanish paella made by the famous Juan Lozano.
By the end of the class, you'll be amazed at what you've accomplished and how much fun you've had. You'll leave with your impressive artwork, a tangible reminder of your creative abilities and the wonderful memories made during this unique workshop.

Senoritas' Art Workshop

5.0 (372)

The Senoritas' Art Workshop started in 2019 when Nikki Carter invited 5 friends to come to a full day workshop who had never painted. They all painted amazing paintings and proved that all you need is an Art Guide or Instructor to help you with each step of the painting and someone to help make you brave! Nikki paints every day, working with students and commissions, her passion for painting, colour and fun inspires first-time painters. Nikki finds that astonishing results are achieved from people that don't think they can draw or paint!
