Part hands-on, part demonstration and eating experience, this is a deep dive into the process, care and cooking of miso. Learn about koji, the importance of choosing the right soybeans and explore other ingredients.
Taste the salty-sweet wonder of a miso caramel drizzled over roasted fruits, a classic more-ish miso glaze for vegetables, tofu or meats, and even a miso cookie!
