Learn and explore Indian embroidery technique of mirror work from Kutch. This bright, colourful, and the most popular Indian embroidery technique will open your imagination to experiment and create new pieces that are unique as well as playful!
Mirrorwork has been done by tribal women in Gujarat and Rajasthan for centuries so they have perfected the technique, motifs, and patterns. We will be learning the main stitches used in this embroidery.
Tea and cake will be provided.


Knowledge required
Basic sewing skills will be helpful but not required; this project is beginner-friendly.

All materials will be provided to complete a sample of mirror work stitches.
