You can use this technique not only for cake decorations but also for culinary items, such as creating a mashed potato flower arrangement on a dining table.
Ingredients you can use include buttercream, sour cream, mashed potatoes, chestnut paste, or any other ingredient that can form a thick paste. In the video, we are using white bean paste, which is healthier and popular in Asia. White bean paste is also used to make Wagashi - a type of Japanese dessert.
Don't worry if you're new to decorating; this workshop is designed for beginners, and step-by-step guidance will be provided to help you feel confident in your skills.
