What you'll do

In this workshop, you will learn how to transform basic market flower bunches into stunning bouquets and floral displays to take home.

No experience necessary — this class is designed for beginners looking to try their hand at DIY floristry.

You’ll be guided by Cassy through the process step by step, learning how to select the freshest, most vibrant blooms. So in the future, you'll have the confidence to buy flowers from your local farmers' market or green grocer.

During the workshop, you won't just learn how to get the longest life out of your flowers; you'll discover the joy of creating something beautiful with your own two hands. No more 'plonking' a bunch in a vase because after this experience, you'll be able to create a harmonious display.

Learn the difference between a bunch, posie, and bouquet and finish your design off by presenting it in a vase or gift wrapping it.

No matter what option you choose on the day, vase or gift wrapping, Cassy will demonstrate so you all learn the tips and tricks.

At the end of the class, you will walk away with a gorgeous bouquet or vase and, of course, be inspired by what is possible. Maybe your floral journey for fun or a career change to become a florist. Knowledge required

Beginner-friendly. 15 years and over. You will learn the first knowledge all good florists know.

What you'll get

All flowers, foliage, and sundries required to make a RRP $110 gift-wrapped bouquet or vase of flowers.

You'll use our class set of cutters, etc., however, if you choose to purchase new, you may.

Class education handouts.

Coffee, tea, and refreshments provided.

10% off any purchases (giftware, cutters, candles, etc.) during the event.

What to bring

An apron is optional. Closed-toe shoes are required - no thongs or sandals. Notebook if you like.
