What you'll do

This course is made of self-paced lectures that can be accessed at any time, 3 live zoom sessions to guide you through the course, and you'll also have to possibility to sign-up to one-on-one private online sessions with your instructor.

In the self-paced online course, you'll learn how to make easy products for a full skincare routine using 100% natural ingredients. Whether you have oily, dry, mature, acne-prone, or eczema-prone skin, this course is for you! You'll have access to videos, downloadable slides, 3 live zoom sessions and 6-month email support, as well as exclusive discounts on ingredients.

Don't worry if you're new to making skincare products at home. This course is designed to be simple, quick, and easy, even for beginners. It's a great opportunity to create your own personalised skincare recipes that cater to your specific skin type and needs.

Here's what you'll learn in the course:

The basics and prerequisites of DIY Skincare, including safety and hygiene
A selection of the best natural ingredients and where to find them
The powerful effects of active compounds like essential oils

This course is designed to fit into your busy schedule. Videos are short, around 10 minutes or less, allowing you to go through a different lecture each day. And with 3 years access to the course, you can revisit the material anytime, anywhere, on your phone or computer.

No need to worry about making mistakes or not knowing where to start. The videos demonstrate how to use the ingredients and make the products, so you can watch and learn before you begin. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to challenge yourself with optional quizzes to test your knowledge.

With 3 years access, 3 live zoom sessions to ask questions and 6-month one-on-one email support, you can take your time to master the techniques and customise recipes to suit your skin type.

This is an NDIS friendly course. We provide one-on-one support by email (with the option to book a 1-hour private class) and we also provide 3 small group live classes to demonstrate or help with any question.

About Live Sessions

You have access to group live sessions for the first 3 months of your course (and the self-paced videos can be accessed for 3 years).

The dates and times of your live zoom sessions can be seen next to the "buy" button on the ClassBento page. You only need to book your first session. You will then receive an email with the link to access the self-paced videos, and the 3 zoom sessions on your membership. Please allow us 2 business days to send the email to you and check your spam folder if you don't receive it.

In the live sessions, your instructor will help you get started by explaining specific parts of the course and also answer all your questions.

You also have the option to book private online classes if you need help with specific recipes, and your instructor is also available via email to help with your questions.

The course covers the basics of DIY skincare and recipes that do not take long to do. We also teach you how to customise these recipes to the following skin types:

Lily has been teaching DIY Beauty workshops since 2017. She is a warm and caring person with a French accent and a love for zero-waste, vegan and natural solutions.

Lily teaches regular face-to-face workshops in Melbourne for private customers, companies, charities, universities, communities and small groups on Saturdays. She also teaches online, sharing her passion for DIY Beauty to other countries and cities.
