Learn how to make this classic Italian pasta dish online!

1.5 hours Class size 10 to 40 guests     $35

Let us transport you to Nonna's kitchen as we show you how to cook this simple, crowd-pleasing pasta dish from scratch!
If you've never made homemade pasta before, then mastering Pici is the perfect place to start. Pici are essentially fat, hand-rolled spaghetti, with its irregular shape making it all the more rustic and authentic and therefore perfect for beginners!
The name originates from Tuscany and is generally paired with a very simple, flavourful sauce, such as the famous Cacio e Pepe that you'll also be learning how to master. In this fun and hands-on online class, our experienced Italian Chef will take you through a detailed demonstration before you're guided step-by-step in making this Italian classic.
By the end of this class, you will have gained the confidence to throw out those packet pastas and sauces and try mastering your own at home, while also learning where to source the freshest seasonal and local ingredients.
After casual team building activities for your remote working team? Gather your colleagues online for an Italian cooking class that anyone can do and connect with your teammates over good food and even better company!
Our pasta making classes are also wonderful, stress-free ways to have a laugh with your loved ones. From birthday parties to hens party ideas, you and your favourite people can get cooking with one another, all from the comfort of your own kitchens.
