Discover the magic of modelling chocolate at this online cake decorating class with Chocolate Artisan. When it comes to fun things to do at home, creating gorgeous chocolate flowers and bows really takes the cake!
Under the guidance of chocolate expert, Jessica Pedemont, you'll learn how to melt, colour and shape with the moulding chocolate from the comfort of your own kitchen. Prepare your cupcakes beforehand so that they're ready to be decorated during the class. Jessica will provide you with her own cupcake recipe when you purchase your class, or you can use your own recipe, or you can just buy some from the shop!
You'll be amazed at just how easy it is to make little cupcake masterpieces from scratch. This online workshop is designed for absolute beginners, however, you must love chocolate to attend!
Looking for indoor activities to try out while you're stuck inside? This class is a great option for virtual team building activities or birthday parties that'll keep you connected to all the special people in your life.
At the end of this hands-on class, take photos of your fabulous creations to share with friends and family - if you can resist devouring them first!

What you'll get in your craft kit
  • Two types of premade modelling chocolate
  • Mini rolling pin
  • Pizza cutter
  • Set of circle cutters
  • Paint brush
  • Modelling chocolate
  • Concentrated food colour
  • Leaf cutter
  • Titanium oxide
What you'll need
  • Please bake or purchase cupcakes prior to the class, ready to be decorated.
  • Teaspoon
  • Greaseproof or baking paper (approx. 1m)
  • Corn syrup
  • Heatproof bowl (ideally stainless, pyrex glass will work too)
  • 20cm saucepan (to be used to bain marie)
  • Small sharp pointy knife (straight)
  • 30cm ruler
  • Plastic wrap (approx. 1m)
  • Heat resistant spatula or spoon
  • If you do not have a stove top you can use a microwave, however, you will need a microwave-safe bowl that holds roughly 1 litre.
