My name is Rue Liew (they/them) and I am a ceramicist currently asylum seeking from Malaysia. My ceramics practice is an ode to my ancestors and a way I connect with my culture.I have been a ceramics teacher for the past 5 years for studios across Melbourne and now I'm finally starting my own venture! I've opened a little pop-up store in Melbourne's iconic Footscray now and I can't wait to see where it takes me!
