Menu is very simple yet I want you to go home with your complete understanding of cooking these two mains:
Chickpeas pulao / Vegetarian Pulao with Seasonal Vegetables
with aromatic Basmati rice & homemade spices
  • Potato curry with tomatoes & homemade spices
  • Vegetable Fritters with Fresh Vegetables
  • Enjoy a hot cup of Spice Tea / Pot Tea slow cooked on stove
During the class, restricted to an intimate group of six, you'll not only create flavorful Vegetarian Pulao or Chickpeas Pulao but also delve into other delightful dishes like Vegetarian Fritters and Pot Masala Spice Tea.
