This online workshop will introduce you to various mindfulness techniques and practices that you can incorporate into your daily routine to reduce anxiety, improve focus and concentration, and promote emotional resilience.
Don't worry if you're new to meditation---this class is suitable for all levels. I will provide a safe and welcoming environment for you to explore this wellness practice combined with neuroplasticity exercises. You will engage in guided meditation sessions, breathwork exercises and reflective activities all from the comfort of your own home. This will help you connect with the present moment and tap into your inner wisdom.

Hello you beautiful soul! I am Lajja, originally from India and currently based in Australia for over 6 years. I am founder of Lead Your Way to a better living where I offer non-religious spiritual guidance services which broadly focuses on emotional, mental, physical and spiritual well being. I started offering my services in the beginning of 2022, but my spiritual awareness journey began in 2020 where I became conscious of the power within me. This was a phase of personal struggle and I found myself overwhelmed by stress and uncertainty, grappling with the unhealed emotional stresses that were triggered simultaneously. This is when stumbled upon guided meditations and ventured into reading many self-help books. I then embarked on a journey of self-healing, growth and sharing personal lessons with my community in the form of guidance, coaching or even mentoring. I realized that by helping people find their inner balance, I could make a meaningful difference in their lives, just as it had in mine. My passion for mindfulness is rooted in the deep understanding of its potential to heal, transform and uplift.
What makes me excited about teaching is the ability to share my personal transformational stories in the purest form, in a safe space and in a customized format to help address the problematic areas that my clients are wanting to resolve. Seeing my clients and students move from a place of stress and confusion to a state of clarity and tranquility is profoundly rewarding. Each persons journey is unique and it's a privilege to support people as they unlock their inner strength and potential. I take full responsibility of my skills and my client's potential of growth.
One interesting aspect of my work is the integration of neuroplasticity exercises with mindfulness techniques which cohesively works on rewiring your thoughts to stimulate a new emotional cycles, thus discarding your old thought process and mindset. In addition to this, based on my clients needs, I further add Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) to create a holistic experience. Most people might not realise that mindfulness can be seamlessly integrated into virtually every aspect of life, from enhancing creativity to professional performance.
I got certified as a Mindfulness Coach in 2023 before I offered mindfulness based practices. This formal qualification have provided me with a solid foundation and deepened my understanding of various techniques, allowing me to offer a comprehensive and effective approach to my clients.
I have had the privilege to be featured in an International media publishing house called the Indian Link where my personal story, my vision and community work was voiced. I also had the honour to facilitate a Guided Meditation for a South Asian focused community group in Sydney called by the name Brown Boss Babes. Further to this, I felt grateful to be invited onto another South Asian based podcast called the Penntalks wherein, I have shared my personal story uncovering my struggles, breakthroughs, hustles and personal lessons.
My offerings include in-person Guided Meditation workshops at local wellness studios in Sydney. I am also offering personal 1-on-1 online workshops for people who prefer to do so AND I offer long-term (3 to 6 months) contract-based guidance to people who require extended support.
