Our online beginners cosmetic science class is for you! Approximately 15 hours of cosmetic learning and practical activities and you’ll create 11 cosmetic products and get fundamental cosmetic science learning. No assessments, just creative cosmetic chemistry fun!

Knowledge required
Beginner-friendly. Minimum 15 years of age or older.

What you'll need
In order to study the beginner cosmetic science course you will need to purchase or have access to standard laboratory equipment; or the following basic equipment if studying from home:
  • Scales that measure up to at least 1.2kg in 0.1g increments
  • Three 1.1L stainless steel mixing bowls
  • Eight wire whisk (250 – 300mm)
  • Two hot plates (or normal stove top)
