Laughter Wellness Experience for Team Building

$25 - $55 ($55 per guest when you book for 10+ guests, $35/guest for 20+ guests, $30/guest for 30+ guests, $25/guest for 40+ guests)


Laughter enhances health, wellbeing and connection. We bond with those we laugh with. Laughter is contagious. It has a ripple effect!
This practical and interactive workshop provides a safe space, where group members are able to connect in a unique way.
This team-building workshop is facilitated using the Laughter Wellness method.
The Laughter Wellness session will involve:
  • An introductory presentation to create context and allow participants to get the most out of their experience.
  • A laughter workout, which alternates between interactive clapping, breathing, affirming and laughter exercises, designed to create positive energy.
  • A laughter meditation, which is an opportunity for free-flow belly laughter.
  • Grounding – Participants will experience a guided relaxation, to ground the energy of laughter and bring the body into a state of balance.
  • Wrap-up – Participants will be invited to share any thoughts, comments or feelings about their experience with the group.
All of our private workshops are tailored to suit your purpose, event and group members.
Please note:
You are welcome to book for a group of up to 20, 30 or 40, if the total price works out better, per person, for your group. For example, if you have a group of 15 people, booking for a group of 'Up to 20 People' will give you a better rate, per person.

Knowledge required
No prerequisites. You will receive all the knowledge you will need, to help you to get the most out of your Laughter Wellness experience.
 
What to bring
  • A phone or laptop as this workshop will be facilitated online through Zoom. The zoom room will open 10 minutes before the workshop start time, to allow group members to register, ready for a prompt start.
  • Please wear comfortable clothes that feel good to move around in.
  • You may like to start the session seated, then have plenty of room to transition between standing, seated and (optional) laying down exercises.
  • You may like to have a bottle of water handy.

Connie discovered the health benefits of laughter, after a prolonged period of work related stress, which impacted her ability to heal from an injury. She noticed the link between mind and body, stress levels and pain levels. Realising that laughter is a natural counter to stress, she explored therapeutic laughter and found the impact to be profound. She went on to be the founder of Laugh and Live Well, Australia’s leading provider of Laughter Wellness presentations, programs and workshops for corporate organisations and workplaces.
Connie is passionate about sharing tools for empowerment, a key theme in all her presentations, so that people have greater control over the way they feel, for enhanced wellbeing.
