Sandra Gwee is an SSA Certified Sake Educator and Sommelier recognised by the Sake Education Council and Sake Sommelier Association.

Upon receiving her Certification Sake, Sommelier Association approached her with a golden opportunity. The opportunity to open up a Franchise of Japanese Sake Education within Australia.

Although isolated from the world, Perth is still a prosperous country with the potential to experience the Sake world. With this challenge alone and support of the Sake philosophy as her armour to capture locals' hearts in Perth was Sandra's dedicated mission to educate and spread the love and passion to the rest of Australia.

The Sake Philosophy has allowed Sandra to grow and adapt since her first experience traveling to Japan in 2017, where Sandra was approached by Sake Times, famous Japanese Media for Sake in Japan, for a personal interview on the very first trip to Japan.
