In this class, which is perfect for beginner cooks and those with a passionate sweet tooth, we will teach you how to make the ultimate sweet speciality, ricotta cannolis. You will pipe the cannoli’s creamy ricotta filling and decorate to your liking for a sweet ending, enjoy sampling your scrumptious creations alongside a self-made Tiramisu Martini.
During the class, we will also let you in on the tips and tricks to serving this cocktail so you can shake it up like a boss for friends and family at your next get together.
At the end of this class, you can savour your sweet creations and take them home to impress your family. Plus, you'll have all the skills to recreate these delights again and again.
