This safe and supportive space provides a gentle introduction to art therapy and an opportunity for you to unpack and process those anxious “feels” through creative practices.

In this class, you’ll learn how to use different art mediums and exercises to explore your emotions, develop self-care strategies, and build coping mechanisms to manage any anxiety you may have.

This relaxed and creative approach to therapy is especially beneficial for those who may find traditional talk therapy intimidating or challenging.

Equally, you are also welcome to bring your own materials. We want to make this your forum and we’re here to support your process. There will be numerous opportunities to share your work and your thoughts in a supportive group environment.
