Plants are the natural anti-depressants of life - they bring joy and a sense of wonder and wellbeing for all our personal mental and physical health.Plants sharpen attention and drive mindfulness of our interactions with our immediate surroundings. Plants in the workspace increase both productivity and creativity—a view of plant life will improve everyone’s job satisfaction.Plants are therapeutic — practitioners are constantly using therapeutic benefits of horticultural therapy to increase feelings of well-being among people with depression, anxiety, dementia, and other conditions. In this class, you will access fundamental aspects and a bunch of insider tips, and we will grow some plants, and share the love. By the end of this indoor gardening course, you should be able to:
- Explore creative ways to incorporate plants into your home and office areas
- Recognise and invest in a few awesome indoor plants
- Use the one dependable, appropriate method of watering indoor plants
- Find out easy ways to thrive your plants
- Be an expert at plant shopping by knowing what to look for
