Cook and eat your very own seven-course Indian feast in this intensive but practical workshop with your friends and family in the comfort of your kitchen.
If you live within a 40 km radius of Epping, NSW we will travel to your home and cook and teach in your kitchen. We will carry all the ingredients to cook and wash up before we leave.
If you are someone who loves ordering a Curry, fancy cooking it, or just enjoy eating delicious, authentic, and hearty Indian food, then this class is made for you!
In this five-hour cooking class, you will:
  • Discover the food history of the Indian dishes we will be cooking
  • Learn about “Spices 1, 2, 3” - a valuable rundown on spices you need to cook a hearty Indian meal and where to find them
  • Practice Indian cooking techniques and learn tips and tricks;
  • Enjoy eating one of the best seven-course Indian Feast ever!
During the session, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy a hands-on experience where all ingredients are prepped and ready to go, making the process smoother and less intimidating. You can rest assured that the session will be an uplifting and confidence-boosting activity for all participants.
By the end of the class, you'll not only walk away with a newfound love for Indian cuisine but also valuable knowledge on how to effortlessly recreate these dishes in your kitchen. The transformative experience of this workshop will equip you with the skills and confidence to incorporate authentic Indian flavors into your home-cooked meals. A culinary adventure awaits you!
On the menu: (Can be customised to suit your requirements)
  • Chicken Kadhai
  • Spinach & Lentil Dal
  • Chickpea curry OR Dum Aloo using a Base sauce that you will also learn to make
  • Lemon and Peanut fried rice (we can cater to nut allergy)
  • Mushroom Korma
  • Potato, raisins & cheese stuffed flatbread
  • Beetroot OR Zucchini Raita
We also cater to food intolerance, so let us know if you cannot have one of the dishes below and we will arrange something else for you.
Please note:
  • This is not a 100% hands-on class.
  • All the vegetables etc will be chopped so there will be minimal handling of common ingredients
  • This class is designed to be inclusive, catering to gluten-intolerant, vegan, and vegetarian preferences.
  • In unforeseen circumstances should we have to reschedule the class, we will notify you in advance and give you new dates to choose from.
