Overview:
Experience the rich tradition of Indian flatbreads in a fun, beginner-friendly setting!
This class is designed to teach you how to make a variety of Indian breads, including soft and chewy naan, versatile roti, and deliciously stuffed parathas (filled with spiced potatoes or paneer cheese). Accompany your breads with refreshing mint chutney and tangy yoghurt dip.
In this demonstrative class, you'll watch as our expert instructors show you the step-by-step process for each recipe. You’ll then get the opportunity to try it yourself, guided by their tips and insights, making it the perfect learning experience for both visual and hands-on learners.
What You Will Learn:
  • Roti & Wraps: Learn how to make soft roti and creative ways to use them for wraps.
  • Naan Bread: Discover the secrets behind making restaurant-style naan at home.
  • Stuffed Parathas: Watch how to prepare and cook perfectly stuffed parathas with savory fillings of spiced potatoes or paneer cheese.
  • Accompaniment 1- Mint Chutney.
  • Accompaniment 2- Delicious yoghurt dip called Raita to complement your breads.
Why This Class Is Perfect for You:
Beginner-Friendly: Ideal for those with little to no experience in the kitchen.
Demonstrative Learning: Perfect for visual learners—watch first as instructors walk through the steps, and then try it out with expert guidance.
Note: This is not a 100 per cent hands-on class, this is more of a demonstrative class. You will get to watch as our instructors show you how to do something and then have the chance to try it yourself.
