Hello, my name is Helen and I have been seeing the spirit world since I was a child. At the age of 12 I got my first set of tarot cards and begin reading professionally by the age of 24. Spirituality has been in my world ever since I can remember and it’s a passion of mine to break things down into simplistic terms, so it is more accessible to more people. I don’t believe in gatekeeping, I think that everyone should have access to their spiritual gifts and information.

I started my spiritual business properly during Covid when I was no longer needed for work, and my husband was diagnosed with cancer. Aggressive treatments saw his work taking a backseat. He is still on this journey and I continue teaching through my beautiful business.

Teaching for me is extremely rewarding. I become filled with joy when I see someone blossom into their spiritual gifts and realise with consistent practice, anyone can give a reading in their chosen system of divination.

I think the most interesting thing I do as a spiritual facilitator is past life regressions. It’s also my most favourite service I offer. It’s mind blowing, insightful, deep, life changing and absolutely amazing!!!

I have been teaching now for about 14 years and reading professionally for 20. I have worked on retreats as a meditation facilitator, created personalised meditations for businesses to assist in work mindset and mindfulness. I have taught hundreds of students both in person and online.

I have learned from high profile mediums to hone my craft. I am a Reiki Master and QHHT facilitator. All other spiritual modalities such as tarot, channeling, meditation, psychic development and tea leaf reading were naturally nurtured by my loved ones in spirit.
