Choose from our walking options below:
Spit to Manly walk with Manly Beach picnic and painting---The Spit to Manly Scenic Walkway offers international tourists access to some of Sydney Harbour's most stunning scenery and bushland. The track meanders around the harbour foreshore from The Spit Bridge via Dobroyd Head to Manly. The track is 10 kilometres in length and takes about three hours to complete.
Top attractions: Harbour foreshore, The Spit Bridge, Dobroyd Head and Manly.
Meeting point: Spit Bridge
Bondi to Coogee walk with Coogee Beach picnic and painting---Almost every travel guide puts the Bondi to Coogee walk at the top of the list of things to do in Sydney. A cliff top coastal walk, the Bondi to Coogee walk extends for six km in Sydney’s eastern suburbs. It takes about two hours to complete the Bondi to Coogee Beach section of the walk.
Top attractions: Bondi Beach, Tamarama Beach, Bronte Beach, Clovelly, Coogee Beach
Meeting point: Icebergs, Bondi
Taronga Zoo to Balmoral with Balmoral Beach picnic and painting---Sydney Harbour guided walking tour with pop up picnic and painting at Observatory Hill---The Taronga to Balmoral Walk is an easy bushwalk from Athol Bay near the wharf at Taronga Zoo to Balmoral Beach. It follows the northern side of Sydney Harbour’s shoreline, offering a unique blend of pristine bushland and stunning harbour views. The Taronga to Balmoral walk is unique because despite the city skyline across the water, you feel miles from any city. The walk also explores a historic section of the harbour including the fortifications at Bradley's Head and Chowder Bay.
Top attractions: Harbour foreshore, The Spit Bridge, Dobroyd Head and Manly.
Meeting point: Taronga Zoo Wharf
Manly to North Head return hike with Manly Beach picnic and painting---The Manly to North Head walk is an 8km walking track that starts from above Shelly Beach and loops up and around to the end of North Head, aka the outermost point of Sydney Harbour. It offers dramatic coastal cliffs, interesting bushland, and epic harbour views with a side of military history. North Head was a major defence base during World War 2, and there’s a smattering of old military buildings, gun pits, underground tunnels, and command posts all around the headland.
Top attractions: Quarantine Station, Quarantine Beach, Barracks Precinct, Fairfax Lookout and Australia’s Memorial Walk.
Meeting point: Felon's Brewing Manly Wharf
Sydney Harbour guided walking tour with pop up picnic and painting at Observatory Hill---This is the ultimate Sydney city walk. In just half a day, see the big hitters – the Opera House and the Harbour Bridge, Circular Quay, Royal Botanical Gardens and then combine it with the historic district The Rocks. This is an easy hike which is almost entirely flat and is perfect for when you are looking for something leisurely. Almost the entire path is paved or boardwalked, and there are only a few stairs to climb.
Highlights: The Opera House and the Harbour Bridge, Circular Quay, Royal Botanical Gardens and then combine it with the historic district The Rocks.
Meeting point: Circular Quay, Wharf 3
