Looking to find your inner calm in VIC Country? Join our regular meditation practice, designed for busy professionals and individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, and overwhelm.
Discover how meditation can transform your well-being and take a newfound sense of peace and tranquillity.
Feeling nervous about trying meditation for the first time? Don't worry, this course is perfect for beginners and those looking to deepen their practice. We'll guide you through the process with body scans, grounding exercises and deeper meditations.
During this course, we'll also focus on mantras discussions, and insights on how attention influences intention. These six weeks will give you the opportunity to wind down and relax, ensuring you're ready to enjoy the holiday season with loved ones.
By the end of the course, you'll have experienced the transformative power of meditation!
Note: You can have one make-up class on December 9th if you miss a session.

Knowledge required
Previous meditation experience allows a better experience.
 
What you'll get
One hour each week, to relax, pause, and practise your meditation. The experience will expand into helping you slow down in your daily life. You will also join a meditation community in person and online.
 
What to bring
  • A pillow or cushion.
  • A blanket to keep you warm.
  • A bottle of water.

This class series runs over 6 consecutive sessions, at the same time every week.

I am a meditation teacher located in Central Victoria teaching people to meditate one breath at a time. I started meditating 25 years ago during a very challenging time in my life. I was privileged to meet a Reiki master who taught me to meditate. This started my journey to study and practice massage and Reiki. I paused my healing and teaching work while raising a family and pursuing a corporate career. My focus currently is to care for my family and teach meditation.
I teach group meditation locally and in person, running both an introductory program and a regular group practice.
