We're welcoming back the lovely Nonie Dwyer in 2025 to host another artisan workshop focused on all things gluten-free cooking after her sell-out session in 2024!
For too long, gluten-free and allergen conscious foods have suffered a (deservedly) bad reputation. Nonie is determined to change this, and she has built a loyal following through her brand Nonie's Food -- providing gluten-free and dairy-free breads and other baked goods. Her recipes celebrate beautiful ingredients, direct from farmers and producers, which she treats with care and consideration, using skills she has developed over years of baking.
Whether you've been eating gluten-free for years, are a total novice, or are just curious, you're guaranteed to leave this workshop with a whole bunch of knowledge (and delicious recipes)!
What you'll learn:
  • Why Nonie wants nothing less than a revolution for gluten-free foods
  • How to avoid allergens, refined sugar, and gluten, without scrimping on flavour
  • Tips and skills for making gluten-free pastry

  • You will be cooking at a shared workstation in a group of 4-6. If you would like to book a group of 7 or more into this class, use the request feature.

Parking is available in the Sydney Fish Market car park. Enter the car park from Bank St. Parking is free for Sydney Seafood School guests. You will be provided with a 4-digit exit code during your class. Catch the Sydney Light Rail from Central Station, The Star, Haymarket or Darling Harbour to the Fish Market stop which is located across the road from the market on the corner of Bank and Miller Street.
