Learn to bend so you don't break!
Whether you have never stretched before or you already have your over-splits, our stretch classes are the perfect way to maximise your bendy potential. Our flexibility classes are taught by experienced instructors who design programs that will perfectly challenge you and move you towards your goals.
We offer several types of flexibility classes:
  • Contortion: explores splits, needle scales, chest stands, and other beautiful and impressive shapes. Don't let the name scare you! This class is open level, including beginners, and teachers can modify any exercise so that it's perfect for you.
  • Splits: works on anything and everything that will get you to the perfect middle and front split. This class is open to all, including beginners. You do not need to have your splits to take this class. If you do already have your splits, then we can bring you to that next level in your over-splits.
Flexibility is a gentle overall focus on mobility of the entire body. We're not really looking at any shape goals here, just moving and stretching and getting loose.

At Bobbi’s Pole Studio - the most renowned pole studio in Sydney - our classes are designed to suit all types of students, from beginners to advanced, industry to non-industry and everyone in between.
Our beginners, intermediate and advanced terms are all across eight weeks, and consist of a weekly one-hour session of intense pole instruction combined with a dance-orientated warm-up and cool-down.
Follow a course schedule of weekly moves that incorporate, turns, lifts, non-weight bearing manoeuvres and combinations, so each student gains strength, flexibility and pole confidence to their desired level.
