Immerse yourself in the vibrant world of Indian street food with this engaging workshop! Discover how to create three classic and beloved street food dishes from scratch, learning the authentic techniques and flavours that make these foods so special. Our expert instructors will guide you through each recipe step-by-step, offering valuable tips and tricks to help you achieve perfect results.
In this demonstrative workshop, you'll watch detailed recipe demonstrations and then have the chance to try out some techniques under supervision. This approach ensures you gain confidence in making these dishes while enjoying a fun and informative experience. By the end of the workshop, you’ll have the skills to recreate these iconic street foods at home and impress your friends and family.
  • Pani Poori: Crispy, hollow puris filled with spicy potato filling and served with tangy sweet chutney, spicy green chutney, and chilled spiced water (paani).
  • Ragda Pattice: A flavoursome dish of spiced potato patties served with a tangy white pea curry (ragda) and topped with chutneys and crunchy sev.
  • Vada Pao: A popular street snack featuring a spicy potato fritter (vada) served in a soft bread roll (pao) with chutneys and spices.
  • Masala Chaas: A traditional spiced buttermilk, refreshing and tangy, that complements the street food perfectly.

This workshop is not suitable for individuals who are gluten intolerant.
The workshop is not a 100% hands-on experience but rather a demonstrative one, where you can try some techniques under supervision.

Knowledge required
No prior experience is needed for this workshop, as it is designed for beginners. All you need is curiosity and enthusiasm—an interest in learning and trying out new recipes is the only requirement.
