Looking for fun photography experiences in Melbourne? If you have previously tried out our light meter photography workshop then give this film photography class a go and learn how to shoot, develop and scan black and white 35mm film!
In this hands-on class, you'll be shown how to correctly expose, process and scan film. You'll be given a roll of 35mm black and white film to go into your camera, followed by a practical shooting task.
Following the shooting, we'll take you through a lecture on film processing and then in a one on one learning environment you'll learn how to process your own film, assess it for correct exposure on a light table, sleeve it and then scan the images to take home on your own USB thumb drive.
By the end of this class, you'll have captured a number of stunning black and white photographs to add to your portfolio and the confidence to continue trying film photography at home.
