Master the art of the dumpling with Relish Mama and learn how to make your own fillings and dough from scratch!
Learn how to prepare sensational fillings and how to correctly blend these by hand. We'll be working on both a vegetarian filling and a meat-based filling.
You will master two different types of delicious dumplings along with two different cooking methods. We'll show you how to make dumpling wrappers from scratch for one of our recipes, and for the other, we'll be using a store-bought wonton wrapper (that you can easily find at the supermarket).
By the end of our time together, you will reap the rewards of your efforts and enjoy the dumplings you have prepared in class.
