Unleash your inner dumpling master in this interactive fun cooking class with Marcea! Let's dive into making your favourite dumplings with a unique twist, perfect for your taste buds.
  • Experience the joy of creating homemade dough and mouth-watering fillings, selecting from a delicious mix of spices, vegetables, tofu, tempeh, fish, or chicken. Your choice!
  • Learn the art of mixing, rolling, shaping the dough, making the fillings, and learn how to fold a few new ways.
Throughout the workshop, you'll grasp the basics, grow in confidence, and enjoy the creative process. By the end, you'll delight in a table full of delectable dumplings to share and a newfound skill.

Hi, I’m Marcea! :-)
I’m a published author of 8 books on food and wellness. I have a private practice focusing on body-mind health through lifestyle, diet, mental health and wellness. I have over thirty years of experience. I studied Macrobiotics, fermentation and plant-based cooking and nutrition in Japan, India, and the US, along with psychotherapy, and Traditional Chinese Nutritional Medicine.
