In this hands-on cooking workshop, you will learn how to make traditional dim sum with your selection of fillings. After rolling out your dough, you can choose your filling, with options including pork, chicken and vegetarian or vegan. Finish your creations with a variety of decorative folds (you're likely to make 18-20 dim sum), before sitting down to enjoy your feast with a complimentary drink.

Its founder, Chef Ha Nguyen, originally from Hanoi shares his passion for food, instructing customers in the exotic diaspora of Asian and around the world cuisine.

In 2020 with the challenge of global Covid 19 pandemic, we set out to capture the curriculum of our hands-cooking classes and deliver it online to home cooks in Australia and across the world to guide you to cooking success and better health.
