Maneki-neko, also known as the lucky cat, is believed to bring happiness and attract customers. It is said that a left raised paw brings a thousand customers. Each lucky cat can be painted with watercolors or adorned with washi (traditional Japanese paper) and origami to create a collage on them.
In this session, you will be able to design your own Manekineko using materials such as paints, washi (traditional Japanese paper), and origami.

Here's a little story behind our Maneki Neko:
A few years ago, our owner, Yukino, stumbled upon these charming figurines at a local antique fair in Tokyo and instantly fell in love with their clean and captivating design. After an extensive four-month search, we discovered that the mold for this Maneki Neko was created a century ago and had been recently rediscovered. This led to the revival of crafting these unique and cherished Maneki Neko figurines once again.
