Curate U began from my own awakening during a wellness retreat in Vietnam, where daily art therapy revealed hidden layers of her soul, sparking clarity and healing.

I am a certified art therapist and wellness advocate that believes in the power of creativity to heal and transform. My mission is to make therapy accessible, approachable and create a space for spiritual gals like myself to feel empowered to explore holistic art therapy without the pressures of perfectionism.
