Aperitivo generally encompasses those glorious hours between 5 pm and 7 pm, when Italians meet to shake off the post-work blues and prepare their appetite for dinner over an aperitif. Common drinks can range from a tasty Aperol to a tangy vermouth or a strong Negroni. Pair it with the perfect little snacks known as Cicchetti and you've got yourself an Italian evening at home!
In this fun online class, our experienced Italian chef will take you a detailed demonstration and then guide you through the step by step process of making two classic Aperitifs, the Aperol Spritz and the Negroni, followed by a trio of seasonal Bruschetta.
By the end of this class, you will have added two quick and easy cocktail classics and appetiser recipes to your repertoire while also learning where to source the freshest seasonal and local ingredients from an Italian expert! Make this experience as authentic as possible, take the chance to dress up with a home-styled hairdo and smart-casual, fun and fabulous attire.
