Clay Workshop: Sea Creatures

Learn how to hand build a series of sea creature sculptures in this fun Melbourne workshop

6 to 9 years     2 hours Class size 1 to 13 guests

$43 (Afterpay available)

Let's pretend to be scuba divers exploring underwater worlds! In this workshop, kids will learn to draw and sculpt a series of underwater animals out of polymer clay to take home.
We will bake the clay on-site during the workshop so your children will go home with a collection of little figurines to take home and treasure.
In this workshop, we will explore various basic hand-building techniques with polymer clay. We'll learn how to create beautiful marbled patterns, create 3D sculptures of our drawing and how to create a unicorn and/or dragon sculpture. The skills learnt in this class can be applied to artworks at home or at school.
This workshop is taught by practising artists in a warm and nurturing studio environment. At Gloworm Studios we treat each student as the young artist that they are and respect each child's unique creative expression. We value the enjoyment of the creative process above all else.
